This class is designed for students who are comfortable with basic leatherworking and want to expand their skills. Rather than focusing on a single finished item, the session explores a range of techniques that elevate craftsmanship and open the door to more complex projects.

Topics may include improved layout and design planning, borders and pattern development, deeper stamping control, refined coloring and finishing methods, and problem-solving common challenges encountered in leatherwork.

Building on skills acquired in the Intro class, students will explore additional stamping and carving techniques and options. Advanced project design and construction techniques such as wet forming, creasing, molding, hand sewing, and edge finishing will be used to complete a card holder, card case, or simple wallet.
